Early Imperial Roman 1st Century BC – 1st Century AD. Imperial Rome was founded in the Mid 1st Century BC when Julius Caesar became Permanant Dictator replacing the Republic. The Empire reached it peak by around 117Ad when it controlled territory from The Middle East to Briton and North Africa to Germania.
