Germanic Tribes.

The Germanic Peoples , also known as Germanic Tribes, Teutons or the Suebian and later as Goths were a group of tribes from Northern Europe.They settled along the northern border of the Roman Empire often allying themselves to Rome. They managed to halt Roman expansion to the north with a victory over Rome at the Battle of The Teutoburg Forest.
